KRUSCE VILLAGE IN ORGANIZED GARBAGE OUTFREIGHT PROGRAMME

Two thirds of Palilula Municipal settled rural areas is involved in the programme of Public Enterprise `Mediana` for the organized garbage outfreight

Good cooperation of Municipality and Sector `Cleanness`

Krusce village, Palilula, is also included in organized garbage outfreight of `Mediana` Public Enteprise in rural area of the City of Nis. On this occasion, Milan Djurdjevic, president of the Palilula Assembly and Municipal councilors Boban Mikic and Milos Stojkovic, including Slavoljub Savic, associate of head of Municipal administration, visited this village with the representatives of Sector `Cleanness` and Citizens` Council of Krusce village. This visit marked the beginning of the action.

This activity is also a part of national campaign `Clean up Serbia-Clean up City of Nis` and worldwide campaign `Clean up the World` of Ekopolis net. Sasa Stamenkovic, manager of the service for garbage outfreight says that with this programme the number of wild garbage dumps will be reduced. For one successful action full cooperation is necessary with citizens, but also respecting all determined obligations. We expect that it would be the same situation here in Krusce, place that is already known for its wild garbage dump by Morava River, and remains to be in permanent programme of reorganization and cleaning.

There are 15 villages in Palilula gravitating to narrow City part. According to their geographic profile they could be divided into 2 regions: low land - river basin of South Morava River and Nisava River and highland-mountainous region. `Until now, we have organized the action of outfreight and we have included more than two thirds of settled areas of rural Municipal region` – emphasized Milan Djurdjevic. Preparation actions are in progress and also including Lalinac, Mramorski potok, Berbatovo and Vukmanovo villages into this programme of communal enterprise.
